HOLTWHITES Trinibis won the Herts Trophy final on Sunday with a superb 107 run victory over Wormley. The Saracens Herts League Division 5 side batted first in the final at Shenley. And thanks to man of the match Paul Hewitt's quickfire 76, Kyal Bacchus Brown (53), Habib Younis (41) and Jack Tarling (34), they made a competition-high 278. Habib Younis (2-37) rem-oved both of the Division 4 side's openers, and with Tar-ling (2-47), Qadir Younis (2-37) and Alex Bell (2-3) all claiming key wickets, Wormley were bowled out for 171. Skipper Mark Davis receiv-ed the trophy and a cheque for £750 to the delight of Holtwhites' large support. It was a good weekend for Holtwhites as they beat Northwood 2nd by six wickets on Saturday. Alex Bell (2-36), Bacchus Brown (2-15) and Tarling (3-39) restricted the visitors to 200-9 before opener Daniel Bonner (52no), Habib Younis (53) and Bacchus Brown (29) sealed a comfortable victory.
