A Blast from the Past

We have had some reaction from two Holtwhites old boys; Peter Morley (See Highest Run Scorers list) who pointed out that he must have been in the Axe, when the East Woodhay picture was taken and that his highest score wasn't even in the stats page! Well, I believe him about the pub, but as far as his highest score goes, I'm sure he would try to convince us, that we have also mislaid a thousand or two of his career runs if he had the chance; And Sean Cogman, now living Down Under, who said it's great to read news about the club on the website and that he is hoping his  17, scored in a 43 run partnership with Ally Blain, was going to push him into the top ten run scorers! It's great to hear from them both, even though I did have to edit out a couple of Peter's insults, that were headed in my direction - nothing new there!
